Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in San Diego, CA. $20.40–$24.00/hour. Holiday season temporary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with the Tiffany brand
- Provide hospitality and store amenities to create personalized client experiences that drive sales and service excellence
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Support the sales team with gift boxing and wrapping, restocking POS and gifting supplies
- Perform POS functions and keep all sales floor areas neat and organized
- Assist the operations team with inventory management, after-sales servicing, and adherence to operational policies
- Support special projects and inventory tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; client-facing hospitality background preferred. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while balancing multiple priorities.
