Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in Salt Lake City, UT—temporary holiday position for luxury retail team member.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand and serve as an effective brand ambassador during client interactions
- Welcome clients warmly, assist accordingly, and create memorable experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand promise
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality, store amenities, and personalized service to positively impact both sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists accurately and communicate potential service issues to management
- Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supplies organization, and all POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Assist the operations team with implementing policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks effectively
- Capability to work confidently with a diverse and international clientele
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving retail environments
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required. Hospitality and client-related experience is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
