Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support position in Roseville, California. $20.40–$24.00/hr, holiday retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and delivering memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Create personalized client experiences through attentive hospitality and curated store amenities to drive both sales and service excellence
- Manage the floor waiting list and client flow to optimize service delivery during high-traffic periods
- Maintain the hospitality area in an orderly, fully stocked, and welcoming condition
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale functions, and replenishment of supplies following client purchases
- Support engraving station operations where applicable
- Alert management to potential service issues to ensure proactive client care
- Assist operations team with inventory management, special projects, and store maintenance
- Perform point-of-sale functions and administrative tasks to support seamless checkout and client records
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated client service excellence in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele in a respectful and inclusive manner
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client service experience (such as hospitality) is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, client service aptitude, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
