Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Portland, OR. Holiday retail position supporting luxury jewelry sales and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany brand standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities designed to drive sales and satisfaction
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management proactively
- Maintain hospitality areas in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS transactions, and gifting supplies replenishment
- Keep POS stations and sales floor areas organized and neat
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to multitask effectively
- Capability to work professionally with a diverse client base
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required; hospitality or client-related experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele and comfort with non-traditional scheduling.
