Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Plano, TX. Holiday retail team member role supporting luxury jewelry sales and client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany & Co.'s luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through hospitality services and personalized attention designed to drive both sales and service satisfaction
- Assist at the engraving station and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and pristine condition
- Communicate with management regarding potential service issues and client concerns
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and gift preparation, ensuring POS stations and sales floor areas remain organized
- Execute POS functions upon completion of client purchases
- Collaborate with operations to uphold operational policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as directed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, service, or related fields)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and interpersonal abilities
- Proven capability to work with diverse client demographics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience required; hospitality or service background preferred. Demonstrated capability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.
