Tiffany & Co. seeks seasonal sales support in Pittsburgh. Holiday retail role with flexible scheduling for hospitality and client services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities, positively impacting both sales and service metrics
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Accurately manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
- Maintain hospitality area in full stock, orderly condition
- Support sales team with product boxing, wrapping, and POS replenishment
- Perform point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Assist operations team with inventory management, special projects, and after-sales servicing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of POS stations and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to multitask in dynamic environments
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States

Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; client-facing or hospitality background is beneficial. Entry-level to beginner-level candidates with strong service orientation are welcome to apply.
