Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support, Philadelphia, PA. Temporary holiday retail position offering $20.40–$27.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted with memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury brand positioning
- Enhance the client experience through thoughtful hospitality and store amenities to build personalized connections that positively impact sales and service metrics
- Manage engraving station operations and accurately maintain floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in fully stocked, orderly, and immaculate condition
- Communicate potential service issues with management to address waiting client needs proactively
- Assist the sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supplies organization, and point-of-sale transactions following client purchases
- Support operations team with implementation of operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to optimize store performance
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client service excellence
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work effectively with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience; client-facing roles such as hospitality preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong service orientation and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
