Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support position in Pasadena, CA offering $22.19–$26.10/hr for holiday team members.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance the client experience through hospitality and personalized service interactions with the goal of positively impacting sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management proactively
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in an orderly, clean, and fully stocked condition
- Support the sales team with gift boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and supply organization
- Execute all point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Assist operations teams with implementation of policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing
- Contribute to inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer service ability
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States

Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
