Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Palm Desert, CA; $20.40–$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience consistent with Tiffany brand standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive positive impact on sales and service metrics
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues to management
- Maintain the hospitality area in full stock, orderly condition, and cleanliness
- Provide support with boxing, wrapping, and gifting of purchased items
- Replenish point-of-sale supplies and maintain neat, organized sales floor and POS station areas
- Perform all POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team on operational policies, procedures, and post-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality, service sector, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; client service or hospitality background preferred. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays essential.
