Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities to foster personalized interactions that positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
  • Maintain the hospitality area to ensure it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
  • Communicate any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent client service skills. Ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks. Capability to work with a diverse client base. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 - $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
