Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and experience the Tiffany brand's legendary service.
  • Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and amenities, aiming to positively influence sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions post-purchase decision.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations through adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven client service skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
