Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and delivering exceptional service consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive both sales and satisfaction
- Manage engraving stations and maintain organized floor waiting lists
- Maintain the hospitality area in immaculate condition with fully stocked amenities
- Alert management to any potential service issues affecting waiting clients
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS supplies replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions
- Support operations team with policy execution and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation with demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven capability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States
