Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in Orlando, Florida — temporary holiday position supporting luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance the client journey through personalised hospitality and store amenities that positively impact sales and service outcomes
- Manage hospitality areas, maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and organisation of stockpiles and point-of-sale supplies
- Assist with engraving services and floor waiting-list management as needed
- Perform point-of-sale functions, boxing, wrapping, and gifting services following client purchase decisions
- Communicate service concerns to management and support the operational team in maintaining optimal store procedures
- Conduct inventory support and participate in special projects throughout the seasonal period
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer service experience (hospitality or similar client-facing roles)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Capability to engage professionally with a diverse clientele
- Authorisation to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is preferred; hospitality or customer service background is acceptable. Candidates must demonstrate capability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment and adapt to non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
