Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in New York's Rockefeller Center; temporary holiday position starting at $22.19/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and delivering memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany brand standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and service to drive sales and satisfaction
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists accurately and communicate service issues to management
- Maintain hospitality area in fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale supplies, and replenishment tasks
- Execute point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team on store procedures and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience
- Prior hospitality or client-facing service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work in diverse client environments
- Authorization to work in the United States
