Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in New York; luxury retail role with flexible holiday-season availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients in a timely manner and deliver exceptional, memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany brand standards
- Enhance client experience through knowledgeable hospitality and awareness of Landmark amenities
- Execute point-of-sale functions including boxing, wrapping, personalization sales, and transaction processing
- Maintain organized, clean POS stations and sales floor areas, ensuring supplies are replenished and accessible
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales and service objectives
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as directed by management
- Conduct one-on-one selling ceremonies as approved by management
- Support clients in creating memorable luxury experiences that positively impact sales performance
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales and customer service
- Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Service Channel is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Beginner-level experience in retail or customer service is acceptable; strong enthusiasm for luxury retail and client engagement is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail certification or relevant training a plus.
