Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experiences with personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage floor waiting lists accurately if necessary.
  • Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
  • Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintain organized sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
  • Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
