Tiffany & Co. seeks seasonal sales support in New Orleans for the holiday season. Brand ambassador role in luxury jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experiences through personalised hospitality and store amenities to drive both sales and service satisfaction
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable and manage floor waiting lists
- Maintain hospitality areas in full stock, orderly condition and cleanliness
- Communicate potential service issues to management proactively
- Support sales team with product boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supplies, and all point-of-sale functions post-purchase
- Collaborate with operations team on store policies, procedures and after-sales servicing to maintain optimal operations
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience such as hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and client service aptitude
- Capability to prioritise multiple tasks in a demanding environment
- Capacity to serve a diverse client base professionally and respectfully
- Competence working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Authorisation to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with fast-paced, customer-centric retail environments.
