Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Nashville, TN. Temporary holiday retail role supporting luxury jewelry brand experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through exceptional client interactions and memorable service experiences during the holiday season
- Welcome clients warmly and assist them accordingly, ensuring hospitality commensurate with luxury brand standards
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately and communicate with management regarding service issues
- Support the engraving station where applicable and assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and POS functions
- Maintain hospitality area inventory, organization, and cleanliness; restock POS and gifting supplies as needed
- Assist with after-sales servicing, inventory management, and special projects to optimize store operations
- Support operations team in executing operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless store functioning
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, customer service, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer service excellence
- Capability to engage effectively with a diverse client base
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments while managing multiple tasks
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing service experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate capability to work flexibly during peak retail periods and possess strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse clientele in a luxury environment.
