Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Montreal—holiday brand ambassador position requiring retail experience and exceptional client service skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's heritage and values
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and curated store amenities to drive both sales and service excellence
- Operate engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists to optimize client flow
- Maintain hospitality areas in pristine, fully-stocked condition
- Alert management to potential service issues affecting waiting clients
- Assist sales team with gift packaging, wrapping, point-of-sale replenishment, and transaction completion
- Support store operations team with policy adherence and after-sales servicing
- Contribute to inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience, or client-facing roles in hospitality or related sectors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Comfort working non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in Canada
