Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in Miami, Florida—flexible holiday retail position emphasizing luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through warm and attentive client engagement during the holiday season
- Welcome clients and provide assistance to create memorable experiences aligned with the Tiffany luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities to drive personalized interactions
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage and maintain floor waiting list procedures accurately
- Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly, and clean at all times
- Communicate potential service issues to management regarding waiting clients
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS supply replenishment, and gifting materials
- Maintain neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas
- Execute all POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Partner with operations team to ensure compliance with store policies and after-sales servicing protocols
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Capability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining composure during peak periods.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
