Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany brand standards
- Provide hospitality and personalized service to create positive client interactions and enhance both sales and service outcomes
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable and manage floor waiting lists
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing point-of-sale and gifting supplies, and performing all POS functions after client purchase decisions
- Assist operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to optimize store operations
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Capability to work with a diverse client base
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required; beginner-level professionals with relevant hospitality or client service background are welcome to apply. Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
