Tiffany & Co. hiring seasonal sales support in Century City, CA. Temporary luxury retail position, $22.19–$26.10/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and delivering memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and thoughtful store amenities, driving positive sales and service outcomes
- Assist at engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in a fully stocked, orderly, and immaculate condition
- Communicate potential service issues with management to address waiting clients proactively
- Support sales team with gift wrapping and boxing, POS supply replenishment, and point-of-sale functions following client purchases
- Partner with operations team to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing protocols
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated client service experience in hospitality or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Capacity to engage respectfully with a diverse clientele
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment

Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; client-facing experience in hospitality or similar sectors preferred. Beginner-level seniority, with ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
