Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
- Enhance client interactions through hospitality and personalized experiences to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately if required.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management regarding waiting clients.
- Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales areas.
- Perform all point-of-sale functions post client purchase decisions.
- Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales services to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
