Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience reflective of the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately if applicable.
  • Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
  • Communicate with management regarding any potential service issues with waiting clients.
  • Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client's purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client service skills. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks. Capability to work with a diverse client base. Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
