Tiffany & Co. seasonal sales support role in Las Vegas. Holiday brand ambassador position with client service and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive sales and service satisfaction
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management
- Maintain hospitality area in fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and gifting supplies management
- Execute POS functions following client purchase decisions and maintain organized sales floor
- Collaborate with operations team on procedural compliance and after-sales servicing
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and multitasking capability
- Ability to work with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred; entry-level candidates with hospitality or client-facing experience will be considered. Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
