Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in King of Prussia, PA. Temporary position at $20.40–$27.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism to deliver experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through thoughtful hospitality and store amenities, fostering personalized interactions that drive both sales and service satisfaction
- Manage engraving stations where applicable and maintain accurate floor waiting lists
- Maintain hospitality areas in a fully stocked, orderly, and pristine condition
- Alert management to any potential service issues affecting waiting clients
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and gifting supplies; replenish point-of-sale inventory and execute all transaction functions post-purchase
- Collaborate with operations to ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing protocols
- Assist with inventory management, special seasonal projects, and store maintenance as required
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, service industry, etc.)
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client service excellence
- Capability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Beginner-level retail or client-facing experience, such as hospitality, service industry, or luxury retail environments. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings with seasonal business fluctuations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
