Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage floor waiting lists accurately, if necessary.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management promptly.
  • Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized sales areas.
  • Perform point-of-sale functions post-purchase decision.
  • Assist the operations team with store policies and after-sales servicing.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client service abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Adaptability to work with a diverse client base. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
