Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand in all client interactions, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and provided with memorable experiences aligned with brand standards
- Enhance client experience through attentive hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting both sales outcomes and client satisfaction
- Assist with engraving station operations and maintain accurate floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in full stock, orderly condition, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management in real-time
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and gifting operations, and execute all POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Assist operations team in implementing policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to optimize store operations
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Demonstrated ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing service environments such as hospitality
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience, or client-related experience in hospitality or similar service environments. Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments and interact professionally with diverse clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
