Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Honolulu, HI—temporary holiday position starting at $20.40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through warm, personalized client interactions and serve as a positive ambassador during the holiday season
- Welcome and assist clients with hospitality, ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany brand standards
- Manage floor waiting lists and maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and gifting supplies, maintaining organized POS stations and sales floor areas
- Perform point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions and communicate service issues to management
- Assist operations team with implementing operational policies and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store functioning
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; client-facing or hospitality background preferred. Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays essential.
