Tiffany & Co. seasonal retail support role in Honolulu, Hawaii. Holiday sales team member position offering $20.40–$27.60/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany & Co. brand standards
- Support sales associates by assisting with packaging, wrapping, and point-of-sale transactions following client purchase decisions
- Manage hospitality areas, ensuring supplies are fully stocked, orderly, and inviting
- Maintain floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management
- Provide support at engraving stations where applicable
- Replenish point-of-sale and gifting supplies and maintain organized sales floor areas
- Assist operations team with inventory management, after-sales servicing, and adherence to operational policies
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse clientele
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing experience in hospitality or similar client-service environments required. Beginners with strong service orientation and relevant experience may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
