Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Hackensack, NJ. Temporary holiday role offering $22.19-$30.02/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive warm welcomes and memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany brand standards
- Enhance client experience through hospitality initiatives and personalized service approaches that drive both sales and satisfaction
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain hospitality areas in a fully stocked, organized, and clean condition
- Communicate potential service issues to management to ensure optimal client care
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and gifting supply organization
- Assist operations team with policy implementation and after-sales service delivery
- Support inventory management and complete special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality, hotel, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in retail, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors. Demonstrated client service background is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.19 to USD 30.02 per hour.
