Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Glendale, CA. Hourly retail role ($22.19–$26.10/hr) supporting luxury jewelry sales during the holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through warm client welcomes and personalized assisted service experiences
- Provide hospitality and store amenities to build meaningful client relationships and drive sales
- Manage engraving station operations where applicable
- Maintain and manage floor waiting lists to optimize client flow
- Keep hospitality areas fully stocked, orderly and clean
- Communicate service issues and client concerns to management in real-time
- Assist sales associates with boxing, wrapping, POS operations and gifting supply replenishment
- Support operations team with inventory management and after-sales servicing
- Execute POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Assist with seasonal inventory and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail or hospitality client-related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Capability to work effectively with diverse client demographics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Authorization to work in the United States
