Tiffany & Co. hiring Seasonal Sales Support in Edmonton—holiday retail role with client service focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and thoughtful store amenities to drive both sales and satisfaction metrics
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable and manage floor waiting lists accurately
- Maintain hospitality areas in pristine, fully stocked, and organized condition
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management proactively
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and all point-of-sale functions following client purchases
- Collaborate with operations team on policy adherence, after-sales servicing, and optimal store functionality
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional client service orientation
- Ability to work with diverse client populations
- Authorization to work in Canada

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required. Hospitality or client-facing experience is highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.
