Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Edina, Minnesota — $18.79–$22.10/hr for holiday season retail support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted with memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities, driving positive impact on both sales and service metrics
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists accurately to optimize client flow
- Maintain hospitality area stocking, organization, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate potential service issues to management proactively
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS supply replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions
- Collaborate with operations team on store procedures and after-sales servicing
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail or luxury retail experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated client service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working with diverse client demographics

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required; hospitality or client-facing roles are strongly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
