Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in East Rutherford, NJ—holiday retail position offering $22.19–$30.02/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly assist clients with genuine Tiffany brand passion, ensuring memorable experiences aligned with luxury service standards
- Manage floor waiting lists accurately and communicate with management regarding service timing for waiting clients
- Maintain hospitality areas in pristine condition, ensuring full stock of amenities and refreshments
- Assist with engraving station operations and point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Support sales team with gift wrapping, boxing, POS supply replenishment, and sales floor organization
- Maintain all POS stations and sales floor areas in neat, organized condition throughout shifts
- Coordinate with operations team on compliance with store procedures and after-sales servicing protocols
- Support inventory management and special projects as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with genuine client service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven capability to engage respectfully with diverse client demographics
- Valid work authorization in the United States

Entry-level retail or hospitality experience preferred; beginner-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and retail aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Education
