Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Denver, CO—temporary retail role at $20.40–$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through authentic, warm client engagement during the holiday season
- Welcome clients and provide knowledgeable assistance to create memorable shopping experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities
- Assist at engraving station where applicable
- Manage floor waiting list with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain the hospitality area in fully stocked, orderly, and pristine condition
- Communicate potential service issues to management proactively
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS transactions, supply replenishment, and floor organization
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure store policies are followed and after-sales servicing meets standards
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury retail experience
- Demonstrated hospitality or client-facing service background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required, including client-facing roles in hospitality or related sectors. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication abilities, exceptional client service orientation, capability to work with diverse client bases, and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
