Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Costa Mesa, California. Temporary holiday role offering $22.19–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted with memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service outcomes
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable and accurately manage floor waiting lists
- Maintain fully stocked, orderly and clean hospitality areas
- Communicate with management regarding potential service issues affecting waiting clients
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supplies organization, and all checkout functions
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure optimal store performance and adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse client base
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred, though entry-level candidates with client-related experience in hospitality or similar service-oriented environments are welcome to apply. Demonstrated capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced retail settings is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is strongly recommended.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.19 to USD 26.10 per hour.
