Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Coral Gables, FL—brand ambassador position supporting luxury retail operations during holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences commensurate with the Tiffany brand
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and curated store amenities to positively impact sales and service metrics
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable and maintain accurate floor waiting lists
- Maintain hospitality areas in fully stocked, orderly and clean condition
- Communicate potential service issues to management proactively to resolve client concerns
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supply management, and execution of all POS functions following purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures, including after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment
- Capability to engage professionally and respectfully with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client service are encouraged to apply. Hospitality, customer service, or related client-facing roles provide valuable background for this position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal higher education required.
