Tiffany & Co. seeks seasonal team members to embody the luxury brand during the holiday season. These positions focus on delivering exceptional client experiences through warm welcomes, personalized service, and hospitality. Responsibilities include brand ambassadorship, client assistance, engraving support, floor operations, point-of-sale functions, inventory management, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany brand standards
- Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized store amenities
- Assist at the engraving station as applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management
- Maintain hospitality areas in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and point-of-sale transactions
- Assist operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing
- Support inventory management and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-related service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven client service and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work effectively with diverse client bases
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience preferred. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays required. Capability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments is essential.
