Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support, Cleveland, Ohio — temporary holiday retail position offering $18.79–$22.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with the Tiffany brand
- Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities, creating personalized interactions to positively impact sales and service
- Assist with engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting list accurately and communicate with management regarding potential service issues
- Maintain hospitality area in fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and gifting supplies
- Ensure POS stations and sales floor areas remain neat and organized; perform all POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team to support operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service abilities with capacity to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Retail or luxury retail experience preferred; beginner level acceptable with demonstrated client service background in hospitality or related fields.
