Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador by warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Create personalized client experiences through attentive hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service outcomes
- Support engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management proactively
- Maintain full stock, orderliness, and cleanliness of hospitality areas
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, and gifting supplies
- Maintain neatness and organization across POS stations and sales floor areas
- Execute POS functions following finalized client purchase decisions
- Support operations team with policy implementation and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Capability to work with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong client service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple concurrent tasks. Capability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
