Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Calgary, Canada. Holiday retail position featuring client service, hospitality, and operational support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients warmly and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through hospitality services and personalized engagement to drive sales and satisfaction
- Assist with engraving services and floor waiting list management
- Maintain full hospitality area inventory, organization, and cleanliness
- Communicate service issues to management proactively
- Support sales team with gift wrapping, boxing, POS replenishment, and checkout operations
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and post-purchase procedures
- Collaborate with operations on policy compliance and after-sales servicing
- Contribute to inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing experience (hospitality, client services, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Comfort working with diverse client demographics
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in Canada
