Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Boca Raton, Florida—holiday season brand ambassador and client services position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with brand standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and thoughtfully curated store amenities
- Support engraving operations and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain hospitality areas in immaculate, fully-stocked condition
- Alert management to potential service issues or client concerns in real-time
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and gift presentation; replenish POS and gifting supplies
- Execute all POS functions upon completion of client purchases
- Support operations team in maintaining compliance with store policies and procedures
- Contribute to inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, service sectors)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional client service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments
- Capability to engage confidently with diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States
