Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Beverly Hills, CA. Temporary holiday retail role offering $22.19–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and provided with personalized, memorable experiences aligned with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through thoughtful hospitality and store amenities, building positive relationships that drive both sales and service metrics
- Manage the client floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues to management
- Support the engraving station and maintain its operational readiness
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and impeccably clean state
- Assist the sales team with gift wrapping, boxing, POS restocking, and all point-of-sale functions following client purchase completion
- Support operations and inventory teams with maintaining optimal store operations and completing special projects as required
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality, customer service, or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service
- Capability to work effectively with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail, luxury retail, or hospitality experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment while managing multiple simultaneous tasks.
