Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Bellevue, WA; $20.40–$24.00/hour temporary retail role for luxury jewelry brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand through warm, attentive client interactions and hospitality, ensuring memorable experiences aligned with luxury service standards
- Manage client floor activities including waiting list coordination and guiding clients through the sales journey
- Assist sales team with post-purchase functions including boxing, wrapping, POS transactions, and supply replenishment
- Maintain hospitality areas in pristine condition, ensuring adequate stocking of amenities and refreshments
- Support engraving station operations and manage associated client requests
- Execute POS functions following client purchase decisions and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing protocols
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising updates, and seasonal special projects as directed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client service orientation and ability to work effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; hospitality or client-related experience preferred. Candidate should demonstrate comfort working non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasonal periods.
