Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support role in Bal Harbour, Florida. Join our luxury retail team for the holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany's luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive both sales and service excellence
- Assist at engraving station as needed
- Accurately manage floor waiting list systems
- Maintain hospitality areas in fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS station management, and supply replenishment
- Assist operations team in executing operational policies and after-sales service procedures
- Support inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated client service capability
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capacity to work effectively with diverse client demographics
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; hospitality or client-facing roles are advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
