Tiffany & Co. seeks seasonal sales support in Aventura, Florida. Holiday retail position requiring client service experience and non-traditional availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand as an effective ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences aligned with brand standards
- Enhance client experience through hospitality initiatives and personalized service interactions designed to positively impact sales and service outcomes
- Assist at engraving station and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS replenishment, gifting supplies organization, and point-of-sale functions following client purchase decisions
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures and facilitate after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as required
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior retail, luxury retail, or customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or similar sectors)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven client service abilities
- Capability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Demonstrated ability to serve a diverse client base with professionalism and sensitivity
- Adaptability and composure in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required, with demonstrated client service capabilities in hospitality or related customer-facing environments. Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and relevant sector exposure are encouraged to apply.
