Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support position in Austin, Texas. Temporary role supporting luxury retail operations during the holiday season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the Tiffany brand through warm, welcoming interactions with all clients during the holiday season
- Assist clients with personalized experiences to enhance satisfaction and drive positive outcomes for both sales and service
- Support engraving station operations where applicable
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate potential service issues to management
- Maintain the hospitality area by ensuring it remains fully stocked, orderly and clean
- Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and presentation of purchased items
- Replenish POS and gifting supplies while maintaining organized POS stations and sales floor areas
- Execute POS functions following client purchase decisions
- Support operations team with adherence to policies, procedures and after-sales servicing
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail or luxury retail experience
- Hospitality or client-facing service background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Capability to work effectively with diverse client bases
- Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience is required. Hospitality or client-facing service background is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays is essential.
