Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Tiffany brand as an effective ambassador, warmly welcoming clients and ensuring memorable experiences consistent with brand standards
- Enhance client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities to drive positive sales and service outcomes
- Assist with engraving services, floor waiting list management, and hospitality area maintenance including restocking and cleanliness
- Communicate potential service issues to management and coordinate with the sales team on client concerns
- Support boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale functions, and replenishment of supplies while maintaining organized, neat sales floor areas
- Collaborate with operations team to implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring optimal store functionality
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as directed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, customer service, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client service excellence
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively with diverse client bases
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; hospitality or client-facing service background is advantageous. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
