Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Sales Support Associate in Canoga Park, CA. Temporary holiday position, $22.19–$26.10/hr, luxury retail experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and receive memorable experiences consistent with Tiffany & Co.'s luxury positioning
- Enhance client experience through attentive hospitality and personalized service to drive both sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist with engraving services and manage floor waiting lists as applicable
- Maintain the hospitality area in a fully stocked, orderly, and clean condition
- Communicate potential service issues to management to ensure prompt resolution
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale operations, and replenishment of supplies
- Assist the operations team in executing operational policies and procedures, including after-sales servicing
- Perform inventory management and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Capability to work effectively with a diverse clientele
- Authorization to work in the United States

Previous retail or luxury retail experience required; entry-level candidates with strong hospitality or client-facing background considered. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
